External equipment
Устройство BMS Main 3X поддерживает совместную работу с контроллерами транспортных средств.
BKM controller
Параметры связи с транспортным средством БКМ настраиваются в разделе «External equipment – BKM controller»:
В данном разделе:
- Enable – флаг разрешения работы с транспортным средством;
- CAN port – номер порта шины CAN, через который осуществляется информационный обмен с транспортным средством;
- Receive timeout – таймаут приёма пакетов от транспортного средства (если в течение данного времени от транспортного средства БКМ не поступает данных, то выставляется флаг потери связи), мс;
- Maximum voltage – максимальное напряжение заряда, В;
- Maximum current – максимальный ток заряда, А;
- SOC of the partially charger battery – уровень заряда частично заряженной батареи, %;
- SOC of the fully charger battery – уровень заряда полностью заряженной батареи, %.
Basic J1939 vehicle
Базовый протокол транспортного средства J1939 является разработкой компании Мовиком Электрик, а его описание доступно по запросу. По данному протоколу может быть получена информация о параметрах модульной батареи. Также в протоколе реализовано управление режимами работы батареи.
Параметры связи по протоколу J1939 настраиваются в разделе «External equipment – Basic J1939 vehicle»:
In this section:
- Enable – a flag to enable communication using the protocol;
- CAN port – port which is used to communicate with the vehicle:
- CAN1 (ext);
- CAN2 (int);
- BMS message ID – an identifier of the first message of the device in the J1939 network;
- Vehicle Message ID – an identifier of the first message of the vehicle in the J1939 network.
Evocargo vehicle
Communication parameters for the Evocargo vehicle are configured in the section "External equipment – Evocargo vehicle":
In this section:
- Enable – a flag to enable communication with the Evocargo vehicle;
- CAN port – port which is used to communicate with the vehicle:
- CAN1 (ext);
- CAN2 (int);
- Minimum voltage – minimum battery voltage, V;
- Maximum voltage – maximum battery voltage, V.
BMS IMD
To change communication parameters with an insulation monitoring device BMS IMD, select the "External equipment → BMD IMD " section:
In this section:
- Enable – a flag to enable communication with the IMD;
- CAN port – port which is used to communicate with the IMD:
- CAN1 (ext);
- CAN2 (int);
- Node ID – a CANopen address of the BMS IMD device;
- Configure IMD – a flag to override the IMD warning and alarm settings;
- Allow work if battery modules are joined – a flag to allow the BMS IMD to work only if battery modules are joined;
- Alarm threshold – a threshold resistance value to set insulation alarm, Ohm;
- Warning threshold – a threshold resistance value to set insulation warning, Ohm.
Unibat vehicle
To change communication parameters with vehicle with Unibat battery installed, select the "External equipment → Unibat vehicle" section:
In this section:
- Enable – a flag to enable communication with the vehicle;
- CAN port – port which is used to communicate with the vehicle;
- BMS address;
- VCU address;
- Use CRC – a flag to enable checking the checksum of the control message;
- Use DTC – a flag to enable transmit of error codes on battery failures;
- Use additional current sensors to determine error – a flag to use measuring of second and third current sensor to determine errors in battery work;
- Invert discharge current limit;
- Number of modules – total number of battery modules;
- Receive timeout – a timeout for receiving packets from the vehicle (if there is no messages during that time, an error generates), millisecond;
- HVIL delay – a delay before generating a signal of high-voltage interrupt loop breakage, millisecond;
- Nominal voltage, V;
- Maximum charge voltage, V;
- Lower voltage limit, V;
- Upper voltage limit, V;
- Lower temperature limit, °C;
- Upper temperature limit, °C;
- Lower SOC limit, %;
- Upper SOC limit, %;
- Lower cell voltage limit, V;
- Upper cell voltage limit, V;
- Nominal capacity – nominal battery capacity, Wh;
- Current threshold for contactor opening – a current value for safe contactor opening, A;
- Waiting time until the current drops below the threshold – a waiting time for current to drop below estimated value before safe contactor opening, millisecond;
- Control ventilation fans – a flag to send command messages to control battery ventilation fans;
- Version: Manufacturer;
- Version: Hardware ID;
- Version: Software ID;
- Version: Confoguration;
- Version: Serial Number;
- Version: Production date;
- Errors 1, 2 for emergency shutdown – a bitfield with errors to emergency shutdown the vehicle.
ATIB charger
To change the parameters of communication with an ATIB Elettronica charger, select the "External equipment → ATIB charger" section:
In this section:
- Enable – a flag to enable communication with the charger;
- CAN port – port which is used to communicate with the charger:
- CAN1 (ext);
- CAN2 (int);
- Receive timeout – a timeout for receiving packets from the charger (if there is no data being received from the charger for a given time, the connection loss flag is set), millisecond;
- Output period - a period of sending commands to the charger, millisecond;
- Charging voltage – maximum charging voltage, V;
- Charging current – maximum charging current, A;
- Set “Charger connected” signal if the charger is online – a flag to generate the “Charger connected” signal if connection with the charger is established.
